These terms govern your purchase and use of Med Spa Claude Pack from Med Spa Claude. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

The product

Med Spa Claude Pack is a digital download containing reusable Claude Skill files and instructions for medical aesthetics marketing and clinic operations. It is a $47 USD one-time purchase. It is not a service, course, coaching program, or subscription.

Claude account required

You need your own access to Claude to use the skills. Some skills rely on external connectors — for example, the Meta Ads Campaign Launcher requires a Meta Ads MCP connector. Med Spa Claude is an independent product and is not affiliated with Anthropic, Meta or Google.

Compliance is your responsibility

The skills apply market-specific advertising guidance, but this is practical guidance, not legal advice. You are the final reviewer. A qualified practitioner should review every output against your local advertising, medical and data rules before publishing or running it as an ad.

No guarantees

The pack helps you create marketing assets and run your clinic faster. It does not guarantee leads, clients, sales, ad performance, or any business outcome. Results depend on your own inputs, market, and how you use Claude. Nothing here is legal, medical, financial or regulatory advice.

Acceptable use

You may use the skills and their outputs for your own med spa. You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, share, or give away the skill files, or claim the pack as your own product. See the License page for details.
